| Ice Camp – A Rewarding Experience |
Blackcomb Glacier Provincial Park
The Ice Camp Program is designed for enthusiastic and energetic people wanting to learn the skills required for safe travelling in the mountains.
This three day learning camp will teach you the basics of alpinism. The main topics taught at this training are crampons and ice axe technique, self arrest, rope management, crevasse rescue, glacier travel, mountain hazards and risk management.
Your reward will be the exhilarating experience to ascent a local summit.
